Accessibility statement
Our position. Certbond is committed to digital accessibility under the European Accessibility Act (EAA, EU 2019/882, in force 28 June 2025) and the Web Accessibility Directive (EU 2016/2102). We aim for substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA across certbond.com and app.certbond.com. This statement records what conforms, what doesn't yet, and how to flag issues to us.
1. Conformance status
This website partially conforms with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, partially meaning that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. Specific known issues are listed in section 4.
| Surface | Conformance | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| certbond.com (public landing, /vendors, /privacy, /terms, /dpa, /accessibility) | WCAG 2.2 AA | Static HTML, semantic markup, color-contrast verified |
| app.certbond.com (member application) | WCAG 2.2 AA — partial | Most surfaces conform; complex forms (onboarding wizard, /admin) under continuous improvement |
| Generated PDFs (data export, invoices) | PDF/UA — partial | Tagged structure, alt-text on charts; some legacy templates pending update |
| Email (transactional, marketing) | WCAG 2.2 AA | HTML emails with semantic structure, plain-text alternatives, sufficient contrast |
2. Measures we take
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our design baseline. Color-contrast, keyboard navigation, focus rings and screen-reader semantics are tested before each release.
- Touch targets meet WCAG 2.5.5 minimums on mobile.
- Motion respects user preferences; nothing auto-plays or flashes.
- Form errors are announced through ARIA live regions with specific suggestions for correction.
- Multi-language support including right-to-left scripts.
3. Compatible technologies
Certbond is designed to work with current versions of mainstream browsers, screen readers and mobile platforms. If you use older or non-mainstream assistive technology and encounter issues, contact us — we will work with you to find a solution.
4. Feedback and contact
If you encounter accessibility issues on Certbond, please tell us. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to fix issues blocking access within 30 days where technically feasible.

The statement is reviewed at minimum annually, and after every material change to the Services. Last review: 2026-04-26.
